Ring Sizing

We use the standard Australian and European ring sizing standard. Find our ring size conversion chart here.

Shipping

Free shipping within Australia. AUD$10 flat rate to New Zealand. AUD$15 flat rate to other international addresses.

Shipped via Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be provided.

The above Australia Post costs cover $100 value of goods. If you are interested in having Insurance / Extra Cover on a purchase, please contact our studio for a specialised shipping quote.

Anna Davern is not liable for any damage, delay or loss of goods while in transit with a third party. And she is not liable for any international customs and duty taxes that may arise on delivery. Any issues regarding these matters are between you and the shipping company. Contact your local customs office if you have questions.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accommodated on an individual basis. If the items is faulty you will be eligible for a full refund. If you change your mind or make an error when ordering, you may be able to exchange your item, however, you must contact Anna Davern within 7 days and you will be responsible for both return postage and for the exchange postage. Please take particular note of this when specifying your ring size.

Terms of Service

Jewellery by Anna Davern is often made to order. By purchasing you are accepting and acknowledging that your order could take up to four weeks to manufacture before shipping (see individual items for specific manufacturing times).

You also accept our returns and exchanges policy; that your order cannot be returned due to change of mind or error regarding your selected sizes where appropriate. This term of sale does not affect your statutory rights.
